At EXOM Engineering, we provide guidance to select the suitable camera and optics, working with various camera manufacturers. We have the capability to integrate multiple cameras to cover different ranges in the electromagnetic spectrum. Additionally, we perform radiometric calibration, even up to temperatures of 1500°C, and make range corrections if the use of optical filters becomes necessary after implementing the solution.
Our service also includes supporting companies in data or image processing through integrated solutions, facilitating real-time monitoring and process control. We are committed to delivering comprehensive and customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
At EXOM Engineering we offer machine solutions to develop your welding application. Either with CW or pulsed lasers, we can present the advantages of laser welding in our laboratory. One example of a success story is our support to MotoSpirit. MotoSpirit is a university competition team affiliated with ESEIAAT (Escola Superior d’Enginyeries Industrial, Aeroespacial i Audiovisual de Terrassa). Since 2013, they have been participating in MotoStudent, an international competition sponsored by MEF (Moto Engineering Foundation). The primary objective of this competition is to develop, build, and test the prototype of a competition motorcycle, whether combustion or electric. Engineers from around the world compete by developing real engineering projects that are assessed from an industrial and technical perspective by a professional jury over a weekend. The competition culminates with a race at the Motorland Aragón circuit (Alcañiz), where the projects are tested by professional riders.
SdLBS® "Software defined Laser Beam Shape" refers to the capability of dynamically controlling and adjusting the “shape of a laser beam” using software. This technology allows for real-time customization of a resulting laser beam profile using small and fast movements of the main beam, also known as wobbles, with moving mirrors, altering characteristics such as intensity distribution, focus, and shape according to specific requirements.
