EXOM Engineering is a specialized provider of industrial solutions for laser welding and surface treatment, where we integrate in-house developments in artificial vision and real-time process automation. Our engineering services cover key areas such as opto-mechanics, mechatronics, embedded software, and process validation in the laboratory.
What sets us apart at EXOM Engineering is our ability to offer comprehensive and customized solutions using laser technology as the primary tool. We achieve this through a fully modular and adaptable system based on our SdLBS® technology. This system incorporates manipulation systems, laser heads, and laser sources, allowing us to tailor to the specific requirements of the process and the needs of our clients.
Using FPGA and GPU technology, we develop software and firmware for low latency real-time processing. Typical applications are hardware accelerated machine vision, cryptographic algorithms and digital signal processing. Our hardware and programming team builds magic on integrated cards.
We have developed systems to process huge amounts of data and deliver instant reliable output. Error or differences detection in quick production lines, temperature management and automatic locking systems are some example applications that we deliver.

Aluminium and/or copper laser welding are our draught horses. Using machine vision, real time processing and automation control we empower the welding solutions of our customers to produce the smoothest joints at the highest quality.
We are in love with photonics and we create applicable solutions to complex requirements taking advantage of it. We design, develop and produce optomechanical solutions, including mid & high power laser solutions, integration of NIR sensors and machine vision.
We have sound experience integrating functionalities into moving systems. We combine mechanics, electronics, control theory, and computer science within our customers’ solutions, in order to improve and optimize them.
