Laser welding services with oscillation (wobble) technology and lasers up to 2 kW power.
We offer solutions for welding battery modules, sheet metal parts, or tubes made of stainless steel and aluminum. Additionally, we can perform welds on combinations of materials such as nickel-copper or nickel-steel.
Our lab is equipped with the following lasers at your disposal:
- QCW Laser 600-6000
- CW Laser 50 µm 1000 W
- SingleMode CW Laser 20 µm 2000 W
In our robotic welding cell, we can also use various laser heads, combined with temperature monitoring systems, working distance control, and coaxial image processing.
