From validation to industrial process
We offer a step-by-step approach that reduces risks and accelerates decision-making: 

  • Sample testing (1 to 3 days)
    • Material evaluation (Cu, Al, Ni, dissimilar combinations)
    • Optimization of laser welding parameters
    • Quality analysis (electrical resistance, mechanical strength, metallographic cross-section)

       

  • Busbar-to-cell welding (2 days to 1 week)
    • Development of robust processes for critical joints
    • Minimization of heat input to protect the cell
    • Control of process repeatability and stability

       

  • Functional prototypes (around 1 week)
    • Manufacturing of modules or subassemblies
    • Validation of design and process under real conditions

       

  • Short series and pre-series (depending on volume)
    • Controlled scaling towards production
    • Fine-tuning of parameters and tooling
    • Preparation for industrialization
