The main objective of the STELA project is the research and development of an intelligent manufacturing system for sub-millimeter material processing (microprocessing) using laser technology as a manufacturing tool. The system will be validated in three relevant applications within industries of significant impact (automotive, water treatment, and food sectors). This initiative, led by IZERTIS, involves the participation of MACSA ID, EXOM Engineering, FYLA LÁSER, AZUD, and MAIER. Subcontracted participants include the technology center TEKNIKER, the Center for Soil Science and Applied Biology of the Segura (CEBAS-CSIC), and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. This project is funded by the Center for Technological Industrial Development (CDTI) and supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation as part of the CDTI Missions program.
